Intuitive Intelligence, Intuitive Consciousness, Intuitive Awareness, Intuitive Perception…these are some of the terms I’ve come across in my time reading and researching on intuition. What exactly is intuition? How can we get better at harnessing its power for creative flow?

These symptoms of “self-sabotage”  can become crippling, creating a vicious cycle of chaos and destruction amid our creative process. Which in turn can lead to feelings of stress, burnout, and dissatisfaction with our work.

The Art of Slow Living offers a refreshing alternative to the hectic pace of modern life. It's a movement for creating time and space, and energy for things that matter most to us. Slow living is about embracing a simpler, more intentional lifestyle that allows us to savour each moment. 

Creativity is often seen as a mysterious and elusive quality that some people are blessed with, while others struggle to tap into their creative potential. Some may even believe that they’ve lost the spark. The voice in your head tells you that you’re not creative, spreading cobwebs of doubt through your body. But it just means it is time to connect with creativity in a different way.

As an artist, originality or the desire for originality can become an energetic force behind my practice. This desire for uniqueness can be dangerous for the energetics of creative flow, as it robs me of the intuitive play that is inherent for a robust creative process.
